Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
The house will open 30 minutes before the performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
There will be a 15 minute intermission unless it is a one act play. Support our Booster Club by purchasing Concessions; however, no food or drink except water will be allowed in the Auditorium.
Digital tickets must be scanned before entering.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Klein Oak HS Fine Arts).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
